Every detail has been thought out for you to receive the most of your experience...temperature controlled private room, far infrared & ion therapy, amethyst crystal frequency, hydraulic table, moist heat packs for aching muscles, comfy bolsters and surround sound to help drown out the inner noise. Props for private yoga are available or you may bring your own.
Far Infrared Biomat, Manual Cupping, Himalayan Singing Bowls, Steam Towels, Moist Heat Packs and Aromatherapy are included at no extra charge! At Holsome Health, it's the practitioner's goal to create an experience & produce results without the client stressing over what to choose and how much it will cost. Relax... You're in good hands!

A traditional therapy combining acupressure, compression, assisted yoga stretching and Ayurvedic principles to move energy, stimulate organs and improve, joint mobility, range of motion, flexibility & posture. Clients remain in loose fitting clothing, and on the floor, for session. Longer session can include energy work, yoga nidra and sound healing. *Nourishing Hand &/or Foot Treatment and 3FB pairs perfectly with this session!

Functional Far Inrafred & Frequency Balancing (3FB)

The combination of far infrared light with various healing frequencies create a symbiosis to have you functioning at your best and safely detoxing on a cellular, mental and emotional level. This is a practitioner hands off experience and may be booked as a private session alone, or private with a friend. Two tables and two Biomats are available. Special times are available for "community" appointments at reduced rate. *Compliments Thai Yoga Bodywork!

By booking an appointment with Holsome Health Awakened Wellness, you acknowledge you have read and understand all Policies and Procedures listed on this website.
Please respect our professional time and kindly give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or need to reschedule any appointment at Holsome Health. That allows your appointed time to be available to someone that may be on the waiting list. For same day cancellation, 50% of scheduled appointment will be charged and required to pay before rescheduling. Of course, we understand that emergencies and sudden illness can happen. In that event, please call and let us know.
"No-show" clients will be billed full amount of session and will be required to hold future appointments with a credit card. "No-Show" is considered after client has not arrived 15 minutes into appointment time and no contact has been made by client within 15 minutes into appointment time, at which point client forfeits any remaining time.
